Key Responsibilities
- Develop corporate growth strategies and business optimization plans for SMEs and large enterprises.
- Implement IT-driven solutions, including ERP, CRM, and digital transformation strategies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance business efficiency, market positioning, and financial performance.
- Conduct business process reengineering, identifying operational gaps and providing scalable solutions.
- Lead corporate change management initiatives and technology adoption programs.
- Ensure projects align with industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and data security standards.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, IT solutions, or corporate strategy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business transformation.
- Expertise in ERP, CRM, process automation, and enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record in corporate restructuring, financial strategy, and digital adoption.
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid work authorization for UAE or the ability to relocate.
